Sultan hamit hotel. April 2025
Istanbul in April is a separate art form. It's the time when you leave the hotel in the morning and come back in the evening, overwhelmed with experience. Sultan hamit hotel was chosen for accommodation. Not for a minute. Great location. In the historical part, but in a quiet, cozy street. It's five minutes to the promenade, three minutes to the nearest stop. Topkapi Palace is about 10 minutes slow. There's a huge number of entertainment venues around for every taste and colour. The rooms are small, as in all urban hotels. But very pretty and cozy. We had a great view of the waterfront. Clean, clean every day. Breakfasts with enough choice, you won't be hungry. Wonderful, friendly employees. We'll definitely come back. Success and prosperity! Respectfully, Anna.

Great hotel, perfect location, awesome staff!
My wife and I stayed at Sultan Hamit Hotel for 4 nights and honestly, everything was great! The staff was super friendly and always there to help. Big shoutout to Oumaima – she was amazing, always smiling, gave us great tips, and really made us feel welcome.
The location is perfect, right in Sultanahmet and close to all the main historical spots. If we ever come back to Istanbul, we’ll definitely stay here again. Totally recommend this place – 100%!

Wonderful experience
A lovely and very clean place and the service of the hotel is wonderful ❤️we will come back without thinking.we leave with a lot of sorrow!Reception have always cared about our condition and our needs at all times and have resolved our doubts in an exceptional way!

Such an amazing place to stay while visiting Istanbul. Walking distance to the main attractions, very good and complete breakfast and an amazing service! The staff I most said the most on this place! Friendly, service minded. Very clean (i was there 3 nights)! Definitely I will come back

We stayed at this property from 24 to 28 April 2025.
The first night we were placed in a room in the tiny claustrophobic attic not corresponding to what was chosen and paid.
The next day they changed our room with one corresponding to the reservation.
On the 26th after being around all day, to our surprise, we found the room unredone, without hygiene products and even toilet paper in the bathroom.
We have long expressed our opposition, but without obtaining anything, from the reception staff.
Determined not to let it go, we contacted Booking by email stating the facts. On the 28th morning, at 7.30am the Booking driver picked us up from the hotel to reach the airport, moments later, we received an email from Booking informing us that the hotel stated that we had not stayed there.
It seems obvious to us that with this move, the property tried to block my protests and reviews.
I hope that at least Tripadvisor will publish my review to protect its readers.
