Pure Luxury.

Pure Luxury.
We booked through Anda Homes. Roger was our POC.
He was lovely and helped us get settled in.
The place was beautiful, clean, loads of space and peaceful.
The pool was great and we played Paddle at the sports club nearly every day. The teenagers loved it!!!
You would need a car. It’s a trek up the hills from town!!

Winter break

We were two couples stayed in a 4 bedroom ground floor apartment for 2wks in block 31 which has a font line view looking down over Estepona, sea and mountains behind. There was a bit of construction noise as phase 3 is currently being built in front and there’s also the constant hum of motorway traffic (would be quieter further back in the development but views wouldn’t be as good). Apartment was extremely spacious with a nice garden area and sun lounge patio. It could have done with better cleaning/removing a lot of clutter and the bbq wasn’t working. Unfortunately the pools were out of bounds due to current drought restrictions in the area. The urbanisation is well maintained, secure and plenty of parking (including EV charging points). To one side of the leisure centre is a path leading down to the road into Estepona and it’s about 15mins walk to the beach front (but longer back as it’s all uphill!!). There is an expensive deli type shop just inside the security gate.

5 Star Apt close to town

Had a wonderful time at this apartment.. was spotless, AC with all mod cons. 5 star experience.. close to the town. Nice 10 minute walk to town or short taxi ride. Host Roger was excellent.. very informative and always available to answer questions. Could not recommend highly enough.
We stayed in two bedroom penthouse apartment.

Amazing 10 days here!

We had the best holiday here as a family of 4, so much so we have already booked for next summer!
The place is so kid friendly, each pool has shallow edges like a lagoon so it was perfect for the kiddies!
Plenty sun beds, never felt too busy.
The grounds are immaculately kept and the apartment was massive and spotlessly clean!
Cannot wait to return!

Great Family Place!

We've stayed a week in Mirador de Estepona (Estespona Hills) and we were impressed by the high level to which the apartments are kept. Friendly staff at reception and a lovely atmosphere throughout the complex. Security gate staff at the entrance were cordial and professional, cleaning inside the apartment was spotless, all the utensils you need, washing machine, towels, pool was lovely, many parking spaces in front of the building. We didn't get a seaview apartment this time, but apart from that, I cannot think of anything negative to say. You would need a car, but everything in within driving range, 10 minutes to the city centre, 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket, 50 minutes from Gibraltar. A calm complex near everything you need. Will definitely return. Thank you.
