Delux apartment on the Sea front
Extremely well located on the edge of the old town next to the beach.
Plenty of local eateries and very friendly owners and staff.
Apartment was very clean and had a high specification. Bedrooms were adequate to accommodate 6 adults.
Bathrooms were well furnished. Only comment here is that the shower doors needed some maintenance but other than that mirrors and lighting were high spec.
Apartment was as advertised delux.
Cleaning team were working in the block constantly.
Would highly recommend

Great apartments on the beachfront
Exceptional beachfront apartments in Benidorm. Newly renovated with an attractive, modern and functional design, super comfortable beds, windows that isolate you from the bustle of Benidorm, and literally above the beach, in the best area of Levante and a step from the center. Access through codes which makes it much easier for a family. And the best service. We will certainly return

Mara boutique apartments is in an excellent position between old town and the strip. Easily walkable to both. The apartment was a 4 bed, sea view and was perfect for our requirements. There was plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. No noise issues at all. Communication was excellent and the apartment was well equiped. Plenty of towels provided for our use. We would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. Hopefully, will will have a stay at mara boutique again in the future.

Worst place I've ever stayed
Total disappointment, misleading advertising and they wouldn't refund the money and cancel reservation the day of arrival. I put a claim on consumption, three times and the Valencian c has laughed in my face. Dirty, narrow, broken shower, broken wx, no hot water, and all weekend they don't repair. I don't know if you can give these people a license. There are places with professionalism, don't go here. Besides rn the building smell pestilential, and live only immigrants, gives in little respect, the truth, poq there is a kind of inner courtyard and are there most of the time giving many times and with bad education

Disappointed
The apartment itself is fine, clean, well located is new and not bad. But I think there are things that need to be done to improve them.
Although I put it at the time of booking, check-in was at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00, if we wanted to advance the entrance had to pay 20 €, if available I see no reason to pay more... You had to unplug the boiler to plug in the microwave, a thief with three or four plugs would solve it. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper for 6 people on a weekend, there were no products to use the washing machine, nor to scrub dishes (I think that is chabamba), the TV controller worked at times and on top of that very few channels were seen.
In conclusion, both I and those who have been there are very disappointed. I don't think we'll repeat experience.
