Amazing customer service

I will do a follow up review - as we are staying at this hotel for one week in June. But the communication with this hotel has been nothing short of fantastic! Dino has helped us plan our trip and we are beyond excited! Dino has been professional, prompt and has went above and beyond. For instance, one of the tour companies hasn't gotten back to me and Dino has offered to handle it all for me. Talk about customer service! If Dino is any indication of the caliber of people both at the hotel and of the Azores this will be a trip of a lifetime! Thanks Dino! We can't wait for our upcoming trip! See you soon! Michael

My photos do not correspond to reality you almost feel like you are in a hotel by the sea while it is a hotel on the outskirts of town. It was necessary every day to highlight the fact that the spa was included in our stay he wanted to charge us 10 € per person per day. The breakfasts are sumptuous but if you want to eat a bit in the evening either you have a gourmet restaurant or clubs sandwich all hard and without flavor. Poor staff don't even speak Portuguese. Not surprising for a Hilton. There are other small hotels where the service is much better

Great hotel with beautiful Spa, Sauna, steamroom and two pools. Only 13 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada. Lots of free parking space around the hotel. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. So far one of the best hotels I stayed at.

Lovely Hotel

This hotel is wonderful in every way, especially since it is almost new. The only complaint I would have is that it is located so far from Ponta Delgada. I would have liked to be close enough to walk around that city. There is not a lot around the hotel in Lagoa.
