Fabulous Half Term Break
We have just spent a week at Flor Da Rocha and we have had an amazing holiday. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. It was much more modern than the pictures on the Jet 2 website suggested and it was well equipped (there is a two ring hob, large fridge freezer and a microwave-grill). The balcony was a good size and the beds/sofas were comfortable. There were handy shutters to keep out sound, heat and light and a brilliant air con unit. Cleaners came in everyday and we noticed how clean and tidy the communal areas were, especially around the pool. Every single morning, the site team were out hosing down every sunbed and sweeping the whole area.
There is no need to worry about getting a sunbed either - no one reserves them and there are always sunbeds available at all times of the day.
Overall, we didn't expect much from this break as it was a cheap, last minute, half term deal but the hotel far outweighed our expectations and we will definitely be back! We loved it!

Lovely clean comfy hotel with friendly helpful staff
the hotel is lovely and kept to a high hygiene standard. the apartments are spacious. there are plenty of sunbeds in the pool area.
The only thing that stopped me giving five stars was the food in the hotel, good if you like burgers and hot dogs.

Great Appartment Hotel
Fantastic Hotel. From the moment you step inside its luxurious reception you are filled with confidence about choosing this apartment hotel. My wife and I have stayed here twice now. On both occasions our rooms were very similar - one bedroom apartments with large sitting and dining areas and a generous kitchen full of everything you need including microwave (combi), kettle, toaster, double hob, large fridge freezer, plates, glasses, lots of utensils, etc. The bathroom was a good size and so too was the bedroom which had a large wardrobe. Both the bedroom and dining areas led out onto a decent sized balacany with seats and patio table overlooking the pool and the town. On both occasions we had limited sea views. There is air conditioning in the rooms but we never used it even though the temp hit 30 most days as you can lower shutters when you are not in the room to keep the heat out plus the high ceilings helps keep the rooms cool. We had room service most days and all the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is amazing. Large main pool and good sized baby pool. There is a large number of sun beds with extra stored nearby if needed. There is a large sitting area beside the pool full of modern summer seats and tables. Both the pool and seating areas are kept spotlessly clean. Bar and snack areas were also large and clean. The hotel is really close to the beach about a 5 min walk and the same to the local Spar, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay here , the apartment was very modern and had everything you could possibly want , we had a nice view of the pool from the good size balcony , the pool area was really nice and nice bar , all the staff were really nice and the location was great , would definitely go back again

Standards Well Maintained
Second time we've been to these apartments and they still are representing very good value.
We had a second floor, one bedroom apartment, overlooking the road at the side of the apartment block and it was quiet spacious and well equipped. Comfotable beds and quality shower much appreciated.
Pool area was well maintained and plenty of beds and shades available when we stayed. Suspect it could get really bakingly hot in high season. Snack bar reasonably priced for drinks although we didn't eat there.
Helpful and quick responding reception and staff.
Five minutes walk to quieter end of the Praia da Rocha promenade.
Overall a great location for a relaxing holiday and we've already booked for next year.
