It’s my first experience at this Hotel Apartment. The room is good, view I rate 10/10. Have everything in there. Washing machine, refrigerator and microwave so convenient. And around 20mn to Canton fair. Mostly, The front desk lady, she so warm welcome , friendly and helpful. Thank you for gave me a good experience.

It was a pleasant stay in China, the location is excellent and convenient, the subway station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The front desk staff are all very good, proactive, and enthusiastic. I think it is quite cost-effective.
The price is not expensive in the city, the environment and hygiene of the accommodation are much better than the same-priced express hotels, the service attitude is standardized, and it is worth recommending.👍🏻

No a great location and facilities were OK. The Futon bed is very uncomfortable and pots and pans were not provided in the kitchen.

I recently stayed at a hotel apartment that, at first glance, seemed promising with a full refrigerator, stove, and plenty of cabinet space. But here’s the catch: not a single piece of kitchenware was provided. No plates, cutlery, cups, glasses—absolutely nothing. You couldn’t even make an instant coffee if you wanted to. When I asked for the basics (a bottle opener, small knife, plate, fork, and spoon), the staff looked at me as if I was asking for something completely out of the ordinary. Apparently, these items aren’t part of the deal, which is surprising given the “apartment” setup.
Oddly enough, there’s a washing machine with detergent, and they do provide some typical hotel toiletries like a toothbrush. They also clean and refresh towels daily, though they don’t make the beds. It’s an unusual mix of services—somewhere between an apartment and a hotel, but not quite either.
There’s no front desk, but there is a contact person who was responsive via WeChat, albeit only around the premises sometimes. There’s also no restaurant on-site, meaning breakfast isn’t available, nor can you prepare your own with the lack of kitchen essentials.
Overall, this place was not very clean, decently maintained, but strangely lacking in the fundamental conveniences you’d expect from either a hotel or an apartment. It’s not inexpensive, and while it wasn’t a terrible experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Dear customer, hello. All of our guest rooms are equipped with washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, induction cookers, and other amenities. Items such as pots, forks, and knives are stored in our warehouse and can be provided free of charge upon request. Additionally, our hotel has a front desk. The front desk is located in the lobby on the first floor. When you make a request to our front desk, our staff has indeed provided these services for you. When you communicate with us, we are not proficient in English and do not understand your meaning, rather than not providing you with services. The room cleaners also clean every day. According to our Chinese customs, many customers do not like others to move their beds, but when you need to tell us, we will replace the bedding for you free of charge every day. We apologize for not meeting your expectations. We will strengthen management, learn English, and better serve international friends. Welcome to experience again!
