Like home!
The hotel is a classic “north Adriatic” structure, dated but carefully maintained and with renovated and comfortable rooms. Nice to have the balcony overlooking the sea and the modern bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning in normal (also as noise).
Good breakfast with a well assorted buffet.
The hotel is located at the beginning of the Sottomarina seafront, outside the busiest areas and with immediate access to the large parking lot, the beautiful swimming pool and the affiliated bathroom.
The pool, in particular, saved us a day of strong wind when the beach was practically inaccessible.
The value for money for us was great because the price of the room also included services that elsewhere is annoying to have to pay: umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, hospitality of our dog, repeated use of bicycles with which we also reached Chioggia (15-20 min ride along the cycle path)...
Clean rooms and very kind staff: from the owners to the waiters to the cleaners everyone was attentive to our well-being... really good.

Excellent cuisine, wide choice of cooked and raw vegetables at the appetizer buffet (never seen so much variety in a 3-star), attentive, scrupulous and fast waitstaff.
Fantastic breakfast and never monotonous.
Room comfortable and very clean.
Free parking in front of the hotel.
Excellent beach service.
Price more than fair. In short, magnificent experience to repeat with immense pleasure.
Congratulations to all for the commitment and passion you put into it.
