They had an internet outage. So that meant no tv. No internet. No nothing. Also no discount for this issue.
Staff was very friendly.
Showers didn’t have a door on them from the bed area. Which I thought odd. But all and all a good place!

Stay Somewhere Else

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We were traveling with several families and specifically chose this location because it offered a pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was under repair which was a major letdown given that it was one of the key reasons we booked.
We made the best of the situation by spending the evening in the lobby/bar area, playing games and watching basketball. However, the bartender was inattentive, and even changed the TV channel despite us clearly watching the game.
The next morning, we discovered that breakfast was unavailable due to a broken oven, which was not communicated in advance. Despite these significant inconveniences (no pool, no breakfast) we were still charged the full rate for our stay.
I reached out to the manager via email a couple of weeks ago but have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, it seems customer satisfaction and repeat business aren’t a priority here.
And heads-up....the rooms offer very little bathroom privacy. There’s no door separating the sleeping area from the shower and vanity, which can be inconvenient and uncomfortable if you're sharing the space.

What I’m really pissed about is when we got to the room our door had a busted lock on it that we didn’t feel safe then we had blood stains on our bed we call to have this disgusting bed change and this is unacceptable I work for Marriott hotel for 22 years and I know then would have completely comp our room are move us to a new room I paid good money for this room and I’m really unhappy with blood on the bed how could you not see blood on the bed and I still tipped the housekeeper $ 5 dollars for changing our bed but I couldn’t get and type of change or anything we just didn’t feel safe with a busted locked on the door. We stayed in room 233

Had hair in the bed cat and dog hair and boyfriend that stays there another Brian Strickland got a bad allergy attack and went to hospital
