Great Experience

The staff was responsive to my needs. I received personalIzed service from Lindsey and Teresa, answering my questions and making time for me. The staff was flexible and worked around my health needs and Mayo requirements. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and spotless.

Last resort for handicap accessibility

Great last resort place. Washer/Dryers out of order. Beware IHG’s idea of accessibility is to make rooms the least accessible. Imagine an accessible 2 bedroom 1/2 mile from the elevator and with no grab bars in the main bathroom. Yep. Gotta walk through the bedroom, the living room/kitchen, and the 2nd bedroom to access a bath with grab bars that has a tub without a seat. A shower chair was provided once I asked, but no indication that was available. What kind of moron designed this place? And this is the first place I’ve ever stayed with apartment-sized laundry units in a laundry room you access through the exercise room. No wonder they are out of order - they are not meant for commercial use. Location is good - between the Cub and the Costco.

I love the size of the room for a family of 5 that was traveling for a wrestling tournament. I wish the soap and shampoo and conditioner werent reusable for everyone. I feel like that is unsafe. I feel like the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The building itself looked nice but the room we stayed in 333, 1 bedroom suite, needed a lot of work. There was blue plaster on the wall behind the bedroom chair from a hole that was made at some point, the carpet wasn’t all the way to the wall by the tv stand in the bedroom, the door frame inside the bathroom needed repair.

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice and warm. The only complaint is that the hotel is right next to Costco and there were some loud semis that idled overnight. Bring earplugs or a sound machine if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise everything was great!
