Family Friendly Sanctuary
Family friendly and centrally located! A large property with both apartment style walk ups and hotel buildings alike. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath suite with a living space and kitchen. Spacious, clean & roomy! Our 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the on site basketball court (basketballs provided at the front desk). The swimming pool was heated and hot tub was nice. They even have an outdoor bbq island if you’d like to grill and chill!
Free breakfast had everything you need and more. But if you’re still not satisfied there was Starbucks, subway, Dish n Dash and multiple other restaurants in walking distance. The only thing lacking on this property was the gym. It was very small and barely any equipment- but we still used it every day. Extremely friendly and attentive front desk staff. Highly recommend this property especially if traveling with family and kids!

This is a follow-up to my original post regarding a troubling experience at this property.
In response to my concerns, I received a generic reply from hotel management, signed by Jennifer York. The message expressed a routine apology, thanked me for my feedback, and stated a desire to "make things right," offering a Hilton support link and a phone number to call the hotel directly.
I took the time to follow both of those instructions. I submitted my concerns through the link—without any reply. I called the hotel on multiple occasions over the next several weeks, specifically asking to speak with Jennifer York. Each time, I was told she was unavailable. I left voicemails and messages with staff, and yet to this day, I have received no response.
Despite what their message claimed, there has been no attempt to follow up, no accountability, and no genuine interest in resolving my concern about the misplaced item. The silence speaks volumes.
As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I am utterly disappointed—not just by the original issue, but by the complete lack of ownership shown in the aftermath. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the Hilton brand. I expected better. Hilton should demand more from its leadership, especially when a guest raises a serious concern. Unfortunately, that expectation was clearly not met here.

I would stay here again
Good choices for breakfast, wide variety! Shower head is so nice you won't want to get out. Comfortable beds, small outdoor pool with hot tub. Grill if you want to use it. Nice kitchen set up. Yummy choices for purchase by front desk. Good location.

Great Choice at SJC
Joy at the front desk made me feel very welcome on the early Saturday morning after my first night’s stay. I was in town attending a funeral, and concerned about getting a ride back to the airport for my crack of dawn flight on Sunday. She explained that they don’t have a shuttle, and they use a cab service, for which the hotel pays. She booked it for me on the spot. I was up before breakfast was ready, and I walked over to the nearby Starbucks. When I came back, she recognized me, and let me know that the cab was arranged for the next day.
Some people have commented that the hotel is confusing. It’s just different, because it’s not a single unit. There are multiple buildings on site. I had room 435. That meant that, after I checked in, I walked out the back door of the main building, and walked over to building four. I used the electronic key to enter the building. There were two elevators. I chose to climb the stairs. Once in the building, the room numbers are easy to find. For example, building four, floor three, room five is 435.
It’s a mile from the airport and very quiet.
There are plenty of USB-A and USB-C charging stations in suite kitchenettes and bedrooms.
There are a couple things that the hotel lists as an amenities on the website that they could clarify:
Because the hotel uses a cab service, telephone the hotel. The Hilton app tells you to message them or text them. If you message them, a chatbot takes over, and it takes a little time to get the message to the hotel.
The parking isn’t free. The parking is $8 a night.
