Thanksgiving Trip

We Loved this place. It is such a nice quaint Inn. We loved the location to downtown. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We defiantly plan to stay here again.
One of our favorite things about the room is we had a family suite that had 2 separate bedrooms.

Not A.D.A

If you are disabled this is NOT the place for you. This is the first hotel that I have been to that was not A.D.A. compliant. There's no elevator(not at the Inn but there is at their venue for weddings and such)and the stairs are straight up and you have 2 sets to get up. I'm on a cane and I had such a hard time that we cut our stay there down to just one night and we got dressed for a wedding in our SUV. I didn't go through the internet I just called to reserve the room, had I gone through the internet I would have known and could've made other arrangements. I didn't think to ask if they were accessible because hotels are, they didn't ask if we had any special needs at the time we booked. Another big issue was NO THERMOSTAT in our room, come to find out the only thermostat on the floor was in the room of another guest! We were offered a box fan.
Pics are somewhat deceiving, breakfast was continental nothing fresh.
I get what they're trying to do here, but $125 a night is way high for what you get and payment is due up front. They did reimburse for the night we didn't stay.

Cute little place.

I had the handicapped room with two beds, TV and great heating/cooling. However, being handicapped I was unable to get breakfast (up two flights of stairs I was told) unless I asked a member of my family to bring something down for me. I'm afraid the company needs to do a little fixing up and a thorough cleaning of each room (even under beds). My window blind was stuck in a closed position; the window sill was very dirty. My sister's room had draperies missing on a window and she said her socks were black on the bottom from walking in the room. The staff is CHARMING and so, so accommodating, so I hope management reads this and does something about the unhealthy upkeep.

AWFUL!

Dank is correct. Tired, worn, and not worth the money even with a wedding discount. Someone is getting rich on very poor quality. Tepid bath. Toilet plugged twice and had to plunge a piece of toilet paper. No coffee left in thermos pot 2 nights in a row. Owners do not care. Awful. Woolen Mill wedding food was COLD!!! Never again!

Dank and needs restoration

This place was dank with an unhealthy smell and in sore need of a restoration and all new linens, paint and upgrades in the bathroom. We were placed on the first floor in an accessible room. The lobby area needs new furnishings. The breakfast room was self-serve.
