Guests must arrive at the Bodeguita dock at 11:00am - 11:30am and check in is at 15:00 Departure Time Cartagena - Isla del Encanto: 12:00 Departure Time Isla del Encanto - Cartagena: 14:00 - 14:30. The boat or bus ride take approximately 1 hour. Please note that children up to 1 year old and with a crib, stay free of charge. Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with a valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met. The name on the credit card must match the name used for reservation.
