Very good hotel, very nice people are working here.. everyone in front desk very friendly, cleaning and breakfast so good. Hotel is close to by every touristic area. I can recommend for everybody. Thank you so much for every staff at Hampton by Hilton

They stole our money !!!!!
It was a nightmare!!! I went to this Hotel in my birthday last September,
last day we found out that 25 € were picked from our Credit Card without our permission, so on our check out moment we asked about it and the very RACIST front desk agent Berckan came to us with a rude tone saying that we messed up two towels and we must pay 25 € , we asked them if we can see those two messed towels he refused at first and after we insisted he showed us and while checking we found out that it was simple foundation make up removable by just water , I told him we can clean them in 1 minute by only water to prove that we didn’t messed it and it’s normal for towels to have some dirt that can be cleaned later.. it wasn’t torn or damaged , but he refused and when we asked for a manager , some lady that I doubt it was a manager , started talking in Turkish and when we asked her to explain for us as we cannot speak Turkish she left us and went, so the FD Breckan asked us to take the towels with us as they won’t use them anymore !
Don’t be fooled by the brand , they are not professionals and they are racist !
I shared you the pic of the towel after we brought it home with us and it’s clean and brand new !! I can make a video to show how clean it is !

Excellent
Mr Levent front office manager he is the best and so helpful also Mr Ahmet so kind. We stayed couple days. Staffs are excellent and helpful, also cleaning service and breakfast excellent. I can recommend for everybody. Historic al places are closer.

Family trip staying first time at this hotel. I confirm with other reviews for this Hampton Old City hotel. The entire hotel staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the price and value of this stay is superb. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient (very near 2 tram stops), many shops and restaurants near and very walkable to many of the visitors site from the hotel. Bottom line: good hotel, excellent location, smiling staff and easy transport to and from IST Airport. I will certainly be back in future. Thank you.

Nice hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, good atmosphere in the hotel, clean rooms with white towels and bedsheets, daily cleaning especially big thank you to housekeeper Gülay. Beautiful and delicious breakfast with friendly staff. Love this hotel !
