2 nice days by the river. Hotel right on the river front. Unfortunately the river Porsük was being dredged in the centre of town when we were there. Hotel very comfortable although fixtures and fittings a little worn. Super tram system for getting around. We are likely to return.

A sufficient stay

The hotel''s location is very good, just in the middle of the city, within walking distance of most places. Hotel amenities are moderate. Breakfast is a treat. Cleaning is moderate.
You won’t be bothered if you’ll tour the old town and enter the hotel to bed.
Their staff is polite and attentive.

A short holiday in Eskişehir

The friendliness and interest of the employees was very nice. Our room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room did not receive any sound from outside etc. It was a nice, peaceful little holiday. Thank you for everything.

Pros: Perfect location with a good river view.
Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets)
Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! Also, in the toilet you can enjoy chatting with the other room toilet visitors if you wish( Exactly as we are sharing place together).

Huge potential, bad delivery

We chose a non smoking room which for us was floor 1. We smelt a lot of smoke. The towels, bed, dressing gowns smelt of smoke. The bed was comfy and clean and the location is great. Some of the furniture had cigarette burns. The bath wasn’t clean I had to clean it myself. The shower was very poor pressure and the head did not work properly however the water was hot.
The breakfast seemed like it wasn’t fresh.
Staff were very friendly
I wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame because there was a lot of potential however there are just too many issues.
