It is was an amazing stay. The hotel is very close to kista galleria and kista train station . The staffs are helpful ,particlary Josophine is amazing front desk agent where she is very attententive to our family needs and also goes extra mile to mKe stya our stay comfortable and smooth. I will definetly come back to stay at this hotel if i come to stockholm next time.

A rare human staff – made all the difference

I stayed at Aiden By Best Western in Stockholm Kista during a trip with my dog and ended up extending my stay – only because of the way the staff treated us.
The rooms were good and the facilities absolutely satisfactory. The location worked really well for me – a little outside the center, close to green areas and with easy access to both food stores and supermarkets in the nearby center.
But what really sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. I have rarely met such a present and human team. Even though they were busy, they always had surpluses to meet both small and large needs – without feeling in the way.
Especially as a guest with dog I felt welcome. The staff welcomed both him and me – and one evening, when he was cheering a little too much, while I was running the business, he was picked up to the reception so he couldn’t be alone. I got a friendly text – no blaming, just caring. It made a great impression and made me feel safe and appreciated as a guest.
Overall, I give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars – but the staff gets 5 out of 5. They made the stay special.

The hotel is located in an area where there is not much locally to see, but is close to the metro to reach Stockholm centre quickly. Trains every few minutes.
Josefin on reception was very helpful and the breakfast included was good, plenty of choices. The hotel has a no housekeeping policy for under four days which was fine for us. There is a large shopping centre located next to the metro station where there are many restaurants and fast food places.
This was a good location for us to travel into the city centre and worked well.

This was a good hotel for Stockholm. Central Stockholm is about 30 minutes away by metro. The breakfast was good. My room was small, but it was adequate for me. The price of the hotel was very good. I would stay again.

Mostly for sleeping

A hotel that is close to the mall. Very clean and comfortable. Plus with parking garage. A little boring but okay. Got a good reception nör we arrived and check-in went well, however, hassle with their card terminals. Hotel worked well for an Elite Race weekend
