Great location

Great location of the hotel with walking distance to the central train station. Large rooms. Slept alright. Quiet room. Great breakfast in a nice breakfast area. Smooth checkin and checkout. The taxi arrived after 10 seconds. Friendly staff

I usually choose Elite because the hotels are usually good and have a high standard, but I'm incredibly disappointed. I did NOT book the cheapest room because I wanted a nice experience, but I would not have done that. How come you didn't clean my room? We were a big gang who lived there and the other gang you cleaned the rooms on, how come? I'm also a member, the others weren't.
The bathroom smelled like old summer cottage. I asked the reception to look at it and the solution was that I should flush for 10 minutes and see. It didn't pass and was unfresh. Incredibly disappointed in your service.

my 70th birthday celebration

celebrate my 70th birthday here at the hotel on April 12th.
everything was to our liking,super,the suite we had very nice and the view .superb.
Y-won resurangen delicious food , everyone was satisfied both children and adults .
would love to recommend to others with family and friends this

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid.
Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction.
Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Nice and located very well.

Stays here about every 6 weeks. In principle, always well treated.
The hotel has a pillow menu, laundry service and a perfectly ok gym.
Also Bishop that you can reach directly from the hotel. Sp smoothly.
Nice rooms and good breakfast. I usually like it here.
Parking must be called and booked. Pretty expensive. Tips to park on the street just beyond the hotel. Cheap and good.
It will be exciting now that they are building a spa in the basement.
