You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room.
