BAD EXPERIENCE
As soon as I gave myself the room, I wanted to use the toilet, and after lifting the lid I see everywhere dry spots of what you can imagine was... totally disgusting.
Although I went down to reception and they changed my room right away, the bad perception of the establishment is no longer taken away from me.

Buon hotel
Some problem with the heating system not always working as set. Breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Pretty slow WiFi, or so it was in my room

Sweet and bitter experience
This weekend we stayed my partner and I, and everything was going very well, I was very happy because the experience had always been very pleasant.
But on Saturday afternoon I felt indisposed and threw up food. My partner went downstairs to get a bucket and a mocho.
They were looking for the bucket, since in the afternoon there is no cleaning service, and in the end they gave him the one from the cafeteria.
When he went upstairs, he told me that they hadn't even offered to clean it, and that they hadn't given him any scrubs either.
We picked it up as we could with service paper, filled the bucket in the bathtub and with a little dishwasher, which I always carry in my suitcase, we scrubbed the floor.
We weren’t done when they called on the phone, I thought they reacted and went upstairs to clean it and ask me how I was doing, what was my surprise that they were asking us insistently for the bucket they had lent us, since the cafeteria needed it to clean.
The lady from the reception went up quickly and demanded the bucket and the mocho, my partner gave it to her in the hallway.
They didn't care how I was. Soon I went downstairs to get the air and they told me nothing but good afternoon. Like nothing's going on!
After complaining at reception, the receptionist who was at the time if she behaved very well, apologized and tried to explain what was happening.
The next morning I was at the reception the first one (the one that had provided us with the bucket), so she asked me how I was and I explained that well, that it had already passed me by; but I asked her strangely how it was that they had not come up to help us and why they had not given us a scrub... and she started telling me that in the afternoon there was no cleaning service, that it had not occurred to give me some soap, and that depending on the "type of client" you could scrub the room in such a circumstance or not. But since there is no cleaning service in the afternoon, if there is such an incident, it is the customer himself who must clean it.
When I told him it was really weird in a four-star hotel, he started talking about the types of clients again.
To my knowledge, customers all, however we are, have the same rights and the same obligations.

En primer lugar queremos transmitirle nuestras disculpas por el incidente ocurrido. Efectivamente el hotel no tiene servicio de limpieza en horario de tardes no obstante la posibilidad de un cambio de habitación es la opción que se debería haber ofrecido. Nos reiteramos en las disculpas y le ofrecemos nuestras instalaciones y especial atención si decidiera volver a alojarse en nuestro hotel. un cordial saludo

It is in an unbeatable location next to Paseo de San Gregorio de Puertollano, which is the main avenue of the city.
The cleanliness is impeccable, as is the quality of the breakfast. To add a drawback, there is a lack of a gym
