Renovated at last

It was a great stay at finally renovated rooms! Loved our suite, design is modern yet super comfy. Also loved the materials and colors used for the room.
Best employee experience was by Sepehr who went above and beyond during our breakfast encounter. He was so nice, professional and kind plus he left us with priceless gift prior to our check out - recipe from amazing Persian dish a heritage from his grandmother!! Truly thankful and cant wait to make it and we ll always cherish memory of Arts Hotel and Sepehr!
We missed the lounge so we hopefully we ll be able to enjoy it in November as we plan to return!
See you all soon!

Gorgeous rooms and excellent customer service

Gorgeous rooms and excellent service from this hotel.
Attended a Sales Kick off at this hotel, the service was impeccable and the rooms and overall decor of this hotel is gorgeous in a tastefully done up modern European design.
Went for a morning run and was pleasantly surprised with the water and energy bars provided at the ground lobby!
Overall an excellent experience for me and my team mates!

Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for an impeccable luxury stay in Barcelona.

Our family of four—two adults and two young children (ages seven and three)—spent an unforgettable New Year at Hotel Arts Barcelona, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we booked, the communication was exceptional. The hotel reached out well in advance to coordinate our airport pickup and ensure that any needs we had would be met upon arrival. This level of attentiveness gave us a great first impression before we even stepped through the doors.
Originally, we had booked a club-level stay, but due to renovations, the club lounge was closed. Instead, we were upgraded to a penthouse, and what an upgrade it was! The penthouse was a true sanctuary—spacious, luxurious, and offering breathtaking views of the city and the Mediterranean. As a family that enjoys five-star hotels but sometimes finds them less child-friendly, we were thrilled that Hotel Arts Barcelona welcomed children with open arms. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that both our kids felt special throughout the stay.
While not in the very heart of the city, the hotel’s location at Port Olímpic was perfect for us. It offered a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle, yet was still well-connected. The beach was right there—lively even in December—and there were plenty of nearby amenities, including a mini-market and an ice cream shop. Taxis were always available, and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop right outside made sightseeing easy. Walking into the city was doable but a bit long with young kids (about 30 minutes).
From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Staff members went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and no request was too much trouble. Little thoughtful gestures—like treats left in our room, personalized notes, and even a sweet surprise from the ‘Tooth Fairy’ when our son lost a tooth—set this hotel apart from even the best five-star experiences we’ve had, including in Dubai.
The two-floor penthouse was a dream. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an elegant living and dining area, we had plenty of room to relax. After a busy day exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. Room service was excellent—especially on New Year’s Eve, when we enjoyed a quiet family dinner with a bottle of wine from our in-room collection.
One of the highlights of our stay was The Pantry, a hidden gem within the hotel. The food was exceptional, the menu carefully curated, and the pricing very reasonable for the quality of both the cuisine and service. My husband and son enjoyed it so much that they ate there six nights out of seven! The only night we didn’t was New Year’s Eve, when we opted for room service.
The breakfast selection was one of the best we’ve had. From freshly squeezed vegetable juices to an extensive variety of options catering to all tastes, it was inclusive and beautifully presented. Most importantly, the staff made our children feel truly welcome, always engaging with them and making the experience even more enjoyable.
Hotel Arts Barcelona exceeded our expectations in every way. The service, location, food, and attention to detail made it one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We truly felt at home, and the way the staff cared for our children made all the difference. We will absolutely be returning, and we can’t thank the hotel team enough for making our Christmas and New Year so special.

Best hotel in Barcelona

To my taste, it continues to be the best hotel in Barcelona. Particularly with good weather. You are right next to the beach and a 10 minute cab to centre of town, which allows you to enjoy both the beach area and the city.
They have now done a significant refresh of the rooms.
Staff is trained and very attentive.
They have a very good restaurant inside the hotel, Paco Perez.

Too bad.

Friendly staff but absolutely unprepared. Closed services without giving information, spa and gym. I got the room at 3:00 in the afternoon, and it was the wrong one. Assistance for visits to the zero center, I booked a car that never showed up. Ultimately they have no idea what hotel service is, maybe they think having a nice room is enough. Not to be repeated

Mi dispiace molto leggere che il suo soggiorno presso l'Hotel Arts Barcelona non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
Innanzitutto, mi rincresce che abbia dovuto attendere per la stanza, il check-in è previsto a partire dalle ore 15:00, anche se cerchiamo sempre di accomodare un arrivo anticipato quando possibile. Mi scuso inoltre per il fatto che la stanza assegnata al momento del check-in non fosse quella corretta, mi assicurerò personalmente che situazioni simili non si ripetano in futuro.
Inoltre, mi dispiace sapere che il centro benessere e la palestra non siano stati di suo gradimento. È vero che in questo momento stiamo lavorando per migliorare le nostre strutture, e mi scuso per qualsiasi disagio che questa situazione possa aver causato.
Infine, comprendo quanto sia stato frustrante per lei non trovare il servizio di trasporto organizzato per il centro, sto personalmente verificando cosa è successo e mi assicurerò che non succeda nuovamente.
