Relaxing stay in Gabicce mare

I spent with my wife a wonderful relaxing week at the Club Hotel. We were thrilled. Congratulations to all the staff. We will definitely return.

Much to improve

It is the third time we stay at this property and sad to say we found several shortcomings. The staff for cleaning the rooms, however good will, is very little: 1 girl x floor with many rooms to clean. Poor results, with still poorly cleaned bathrooms, dust on the floor, terrace never cleaned... the obscene shower hose.
Very dirty windows of both the room and the common places.
Lots of choice x regarding the food served, although the menu is the same every week while x regarding the fruit we were served x 2 weeks only grapes for lunch and watermelon / melon in the evening.... peaches, apricots, plums a mirage. Hay potatoes always half raw. Another speech x the buffet, always the same things and sometimes with unpleasant smell because left x different time in the heat.
Very little choice and care, moreover left to chance, for gluten-free foods. There should be more choice.
Waitstaff very nice and helpful.

Relaxing stay in Gabicce mare

I spent a week at the Club Hotel not knowing the structure and I was thrilled, I will definitely return. Congratulations to all the staff.

Relaxing experience

Structure with excellent value for money directly on the sea equipped with every comfort. The staff always at service with helpfulness and friendliness. The magic touch the affectionate presence of the owner LUCIANO. We and already 4 years who choose this property and has never disappointed us

Nightmare holiday

Reading the reviews of another guest who spent the holiday here in July 2024 I can only reshare the words of an experience, which was also bad for me.
Worst of all, bordering on acceptable was the food. Indescribable experience, in negative. Even canteen food (that would be an offense to canteens). The water served was from the tap. I pointed out to the owner that the food was not up to being served. As tone veal we were served pork loin, spaghetti carbonara cream and you could not tell if there was bacon ho guanciale, spaghetti with shrimp (let's call them shrimp) horrible dirty shrimp and many other shameful dishes.
Not to mention cleaning the room where the waiters with the same rag cleaned around, and then also cleaning our tables and chairs.
The service is bad, the portions tiny.
We had an all-inclusive package and at the end of the holiday we were asked for coffee money considered as extra. Shame on you.
This hotel deserves neither a star.
