Hosting of Dreams in Mexico of My Heart
Estar no JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe foi viver um sonho. One of the most sophisticated hotels I've ever met. Every detail conveys elegance, comfort and excellence. Everything was impeccable: from the primorious care to the sophisticated and welcoming environment.
My stay in this place marked deeply my experience in Mexico, a country that I take in my heart as my second home in the world. I was lucky to be in great company and to live a beautiful and unforgettable story. I will definitely come back, I've counted the days... Mexico, I love you!

Excellent
Excellent service. It's amazing how trained the staff are in customer service and care. From the moment you arrive, the concierge staff offers you a personalized service. The reception is good. And what is excellent is the attention in the executive room. Even the name of each guest they know. The gym is very complete. The spacious rooms.

Total disappointment
The receptionist who attended me was not kind at all has a very despot attitude, then I arrived at my room and after waiting 30 min to compose the air conditioner it turns out that when trying to use the toilet was dirty with fecal feces in the bathroom seat , I asked for a change of room ... when I gave myself the next one I could not sleep well because when I turned off the air conditioner I heard a loud noise I decided out of tiredness to sleep so cold, in the morning I reported the matter after a long time and several calls came to check and because according to the maintenance the problem did not come from the room they changed me again room not before leaving me waiting for more than one occasion saying that in 10 min than in 15 min and so on and all this time I waiting in the room with a noise that was increasing even with the air on...
The room they offered me this time was in lower than the one I had mentioned the room was not to my liking however they argued that they had no other available when on the hotel page there are many rooms available...
You don't see any empathy or willingness to improve the situation as much as possible, they didn't even offer to move all my things. They expected me to pack everything back so I had to request the service.
During all this people apologized in a superfluous way and wish me nice day as if nothing happened, there is no use an empty apology if they do nothing to solve the inconveniences, additional in the transfer of room did not bring me a juice that I could not drink at breakfast for everything that happened I requested it and an hour later I stopped waiting ...
The room service at breakfast was also not expected at the time of order ask you everything about payment and order and when the service arrives it turns out that no one says anything to the people who carry the food so you have to wait again for them to correct the order
This hotel is definitely not 5 stars

Como parte de nuestros clientes distinguidos, me decepcionó oír sobre su experiencia ocasionada por una falta de comunicación y procedimiento de nuestra parte. Nuestro principal objetivo es siempre superar las expectativas de los huéspedes, le ofrezco una sincera disculpa por los inconvenientes presentados en esta situación, el trato que recibió y la respuesta tardía le aseguro que no es una característica del personal que nos represente como marca, hemos tomado las medidas pertinentes.
Brindar el más alto nivel de hospitalidad es nuestra prioridad número uno y me disculpo sinceramente por no cumplir con sus expectativas. He compartido sus comentarios con el equipo de liderazgo de Ama de llaves para asegurar que las pautas necesarias estén implementadas y revisadas para evitar que ocurra como la limpieza de habitación en el futuro. También aprovecho para comentarle que el Hotel, preocupado por la sustentabilidad del planeta y el uso eficiente de los recursos naturales (en este caso, el agua de los WCs) utiliza una planta de tratamiento de aguas. Hemos corregido las fallas en el proceso a fin de evitar que los productos de tratamiento lleguen hasta los tanques.
Así mismo le pido nos de otra oportunidad de recibirlo en esta su casa y poder cambiar dicha impresión.
Personalmente espero tener la oportunidad de servirle de nuevo cuando sus viajes la traigan de regreso a la Ciudad de México, me sentiré honrado de poderle asistir y cambiar esta impresión que tiene de nosotros.

Disappointing
Saving money on the light, they don't turn on the boilers and the pool is freezing. They boast it's 30 degrees but that never happens.
The people who are in Reception are among the most rude, pedantic and even malinchist, namely Veronica Lopez, with an arrogant attitude, superb and full of ineptitude
