Nice hotel! I'll be back!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Close to train station and close to many of the sights. The hotel was very clean. Rooms small as usually in Japan. The shower was magical. No breakfast, but close to 7Eleven. There are tables and chairs in the reception where you can sit and eat your breakfast. I'll be back!

Loved our stay at this hotel. The check in was very easy and the staff are so kind and friendly. Main lobby has a microwave and drink bar which was nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel was located in a nice area, close to the river and several train stations, with nice walking paths close by. Only downside was the beds were very hard.

First, it’s not really that near from the metro station or the bus station, but still the location is ok.
The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible but only one really spoke English.
The worst thing about this hotel was its wifi. It was as good as nothing, I had to opt to my own 5G for the entire 4 days stay.
The staff also doesn’t know the surroundings of the building so you can’t really expect any useful answer. I tried to ask for a phone booth, money exchange machine and other thing but their answer was as simple as “Kyoto Station” even though they were much much closer to the hotel vicinity.

Spacious and comfy room. I particularly loved the location, walkable distance from main attractions and we'll connected with the station and the city center

Best choice!

This hotel is minimalistic, modern, light and uncomplicated. The room is simple and beautiful, has a table and a seat. Location is so good, amidst a quiet, asthetical interesting neighbourhood very close to fantastic Higashi Honganji temple. Easy walking distance to Gojo street, where you can find affordable chain restaurants and real supermarkets. Steps away from a nice promenade along a picturesque small channel, and the Kamo river is close by.
