Excellent lunch with friends!

Perfect lunch for a group of friends, everything delicious, menu agreed with the managers, two kind and helpful young people. We requested a vegetarian menu and one for lactose intolerance and they were precise and attentive! Two choices for the final dessert, sacher and apple pie which everyone liked, plus an extra choice for two difficult customers... Experience to be repeated, quality, friendliness and excellent service all in one restaurant. Satisfied!

Beautiful externally.... However!!!

Spent a night in this hotel which on the outside between the beautiful garden and the Art Nouveau villa gave a nice impression.
But when I entered the reception and the smell of the kitchen, it worried me.
The room is beautiful, very spacious and warm, as is the bathroom. The furnishings, which are of a 2-star hotel, need to be reviewed, a lot of dust in the room.
No breakfast!!!!
Well done guys who are very courteous and kind
It can be done for a night ride.

Ghost hotel

Arrival time only possible from 5:30 p.m.
Arrived at 5:45 p.m., no one. Hotel additionally closed, no light, unmaintained exterior.
No cars.
After a phone call, the manager (?) arrives and explains to us that the hotel is open..
He explains to us that the other rooms will be occupied later.
No restaurant.
Unventilated room, seeming to lack ventilation.
Uncomfortable, we left

Gentilissima sig.ra Casmaju,
ci spiace che della vostra impressione ma come è stato segnalato a voce specifichiamo che:
-arrivo per il check in è dalle ore 17:30 (causa incidente stradale l'addetto è arrivato in ritardo e ci scusiamo)
- albergo al completo per il rally del rubinetto (tappa nazionale che si svolge a 3 km. dall'albergo) tutte le camere avrebbero fatto check in dalle 21:320 in avanti
- luci spente: all'apertura vengono accese, luci esterne accese con il sole non sembra il caso
- foto del fogliame: è autunno e ogni giorno le foglie cadono dalle piante, oggi mattina vengono soffiate via
- ristornate chiuso per ferie come scritto su ogni portale e sito web di ns. competenza
fare una cattiva pubblicità per delle vostre errate impressioni non ci sembra corretto
rimaniamo a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento o delucidazione

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

It is my second time that I ate in this fabulous restaurant and soon it will be my third time!
The food is amazingly tasty, healthy and delicious.
The staff were always present and very professional.
I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal in a green environment surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens.
Thank you to all, you are simply the BEST!!!!

Actually, not staying, but...

Only because due to system error I booked a room not available any longer. I did it on the way here so very short notice. I got almost immediate call, acommodation arranged, details over a text message so I finished my 500 kms and landed happily. Great service, solution, support.
