A pathetic Lodging service

Very pathetic rooms and hygiene conditions of this place . It's not even worth the minus rating , how come a place can be like this , it's beyond imagination. Booked a hotel room in this hotel through Goibibo and went for a check in at this hotel in the afternoon. The reception guy allotted a hotel just near the reception counter only. After entering the room, I was like is it a room ? The room is so small that I didn't have a place to keep my luggage, somehow adjusted. And then the night mare started. The bed sheet and pillow were dirty like hell, pillows were used for so many ages , it seemed. The floor was not cleaned and very dusty. The wash room wasn't clean and unhygienic. The towel they provided was torn. TV was non-functional. A very bad smell in the room. It's like someone has come to a cage . Immediately contacted the hotel staff and the reception guy was too rude . He said it's like that only. They don't have any manners to speak with customers, then and there checked out from the hotel . Informed the same to @goibibob also, but there was no response. Not at all worth,an urge to everyone to not to get in this trap , this is not a hotel for stay for sure.

Bad experience at Hotel Rooms Dadar

very bad service and room experience.
Even Water is not available and have to pay for it.
Front office is rude and arrogant.
Overall bad experience in terms of room size, amenities and most importantly the hotel staff

SCAM!

THIS PLACE & PEOPLE ARE ALL SCAMSTERS!
I had arrived at Mumbai airport where my friend was tensed and waiting for me however I was told by BMC that I will have to get quarantined at any selected hotel! I chose a hotel in Andheri however this couple overheard my friends phone conversation with me and handed him a card for their hotel staying that "we will let you friend go in 30 mins all you gotta pay is ₹1690, the rest will be explained by our manager at the hotel" my friend who knew I didn't wanna stay at a hotel grabbed this offer and we ended up at this hotel...as soon as we arrived there my passport and OCI was taken by the manager and we were then informed that we will have to pay for 7 days & we can leave however they won't give me my passport until on the 7th day! This information was never provided and I didn't want to leave my documents behind with some strangers at a doggy hotel! My friend tried to speak to the couple/owner about this to which they denied and ended up stating that we can move to another hotel 1st thing in the morning! Exhausted, I ended up spending the night there & the next morning a bus had arrived however it refused to drop me & long story short I was forced to stay at this s*** hole of a place! They refused to give me any meals, even though they have to provide meals...after calling the police they got food! My friend was also told that they will be conducting a covid test on the 5th day to which if we want we can pay 500 and they give hand over a FAKE NEGATIVE REPORT! we were also told that if not we will get a positive report & the BMC won't be sending us home! On the 5th day I got a lady come at my room & take my details and got me to give a missed call on Thyrocare (who conduct covid tests) they were meant to give me the fake report, that same night I had the owner knock on my door showing me a hand written bill which had ₹1690 ×7 + ₹1870 GST plus ₹1000 for the covid Test + ₹500 for the FAKE REPORT! I asked her one simple question, had she shown this to my friend on the 1st day and if I can get a legit bill instead of a hand written bill! To which this female got aggressive & started screaming around claiming I do not wish to pay and live for free! FYI I had already paid ₹6000 on the 2nd day itself! She also threatened to not return my passport and call the cops on me as she assumed I wasn't going to pay! After alot of drama, mental torture and harassment...she ended up calling her husband instead of the cops or BMC according to her threats! Her husband asked me to pay to which I refused as I wanted my passport back! He said ok I will give you your documents and you can pay...5 mins later he came back stating he can't give my passport however he asked me to pay for the days I have stayed rather than for all the 7 days! I agreed on 1 term which was a letter given to me by them stating they are holding my passport and OCI and will return it on checkout! The next day I got a text message from thyrocare with a negative report I also had a visitor who claimed he had come to do my covid Test...when asked for and ID or his name he was hesitant and didn't provide me with neither! I then booked my own Test. That very same day this female called Jinal started calling my friend & threatening him for absolutely no reason & told him that she will kick me out as I am not paying...even though I had already paid for all the days I stayed there! I then ended up calling BMC & luckily got help from a gentleman who after hearing my situation got approval to let me go home early! These people are running a business out of such a sensitive situation and all they care about it MONEY! This female had the audacity to create a scene and tell me I can't fly again ever! LOL she is a NOBODY & an absolutely worthless piece of s*** who has no manners neither does she understand English! I have all the proofs and video recordings of all the harassment I had to go through!
DO NOT STAY HERE! THERE ARE OTHER CHEAPER HOTELS!

Friendly rookie hosts, crammed depressing roomspace,filthy entrance, no storage for clothes, not for families

First the good stuff. Hotel is located in a busy market area of Dadar west. The hotel aesthetics is contemporary and appealing. The friendly hosts/ proprietor s are nice. Perfect hotel for a two star businessman on the go. Not perfect for families. With two or more occupants in a room, precipitation condenses on the walls and trickles down to the floor giving the impression of having rented both a sauna and a hotel pod. Yes pod. Room would be a generous description of this structure that seems bereft of adequate ventilation. Carbon dioxide in the pods is breathed in again and again that would make occupants dizzy the entire day for want of air and mirror misty. See pic.. The rooms are three months new or so our kind hosts say, which helps eclipse any lack of hygiene protocol because newness clouds the eye from filth, such as when you check in at 10 pm and plonk into a fatique induced slumber, only to wakeup in the morning squirming in previous guests sweaty sheets and specks of curly Public hair (yes public pubic). See photos. If that isn't eww or graphic enough, how about sleeping over other folks intimate fluids? That's how gross it got here and a couple of heads up later with the manager....still no change in sheets nor cleanup. Dust filled the fan blades, stb box and lamp shades. Sick.. I know. So biohazard as it is, we checked out of our pod before schedule and checked in to a real hotel with more airy room space and .......we loved heppily ever after

We stayed for 3 nights ,lodging is not worth for NRI no staff only one attendant 24hrs no room space no housekeeping linen also dirty no restaurant .Lodging entrance look chawl difficult to locate
Rats moving freely outside hotel.This lodging only fit for bachelor should be rated below 2
