I found the rooms to be quite charming. They do have updated bathrooms and the shower was quite enjoyabl with dual shower heads.

The hotel had a great location, on one side there was China town and on the other Union Square, a cute bar next door and an ice cream shop opposite. We loved the location. The room we got was super noisy at night though, we could hear the entire street, the hotel did move us to a different room the next day which was better noise wise but still not quiet and the noise from the street was seeping in. The rooms were quaint and clean.

Many small details that help you to have a great stay! The room is not large but very comfortable, the service is nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is central and convenient. We will be back!

Good location, but expect some mild sound disturbance (not surprising)
Good facilities, but the trend for open air showers to cut down customer shower duration is bothersome - and the shower head was too close to the wall to be comfortable.
Good service, left comment for pack n play and it was ready upon arrival. Short check in.
