Great family stay

really clean hotel (a priority for me) and really friendly staff. The free breakfast is fantastic - hot and cold choices! Would defiantly stay again. Close to lots of things in Nashville and by the mall if you have gaps in time while there. Thank you so much!

Make sure you keep your key to get out of the garage and then you can put it in the key box at the gate. Also, there is very little signage on the building and trees cover the name of the hotel . Make sure your GPS doesn’t take you to the Hilton next door. There’s a very small entrance to turn into.

Bed hurts way too soft currently cannot fall asleep my back is aching and I have to be here for 3 nights

The only complaint is the $35 parking fee each night. Had to dig through 5 pages to find that charge. Should be stated UP FRONT with room charge. VERY misleading

The Marriott Residence Inn was a great stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Service was good and even the breakfast was good
