A Nice place to stay!

The Lady Sue at the front desk was very helpful, polite and professional.
The room was clean and the AC was running. OH yes, The lady bar tender was very friendly and nice. This Hilton was very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is inviting and sparkling!

Hotel needs maintenance and cleaning

We arrived late on a Friday after a long drive. Only after getting ready for bed, I realized the deadbolt did not line up with the door frame and was unusable. The front desk moved us to a new room. We packed up and moved, only to find that the 2nd room had an air conditioner that made very loud noises. The desk clerk could hear it over the phone. He moved us to yet a 3rd room that was in better shape. It was a lot of hassle at a late hour, and the cause of those hassles were maintenance issues. The first two rooms also had dirty bathroom doors and dirty bathroom wallpaper. I had to clean off the door myself, and the dirt did come off - so it was just not cleaned by the staff. The elevators look rough from the inside. The 3rd room was okay, and the staff was nice, but the hotel needs some maintenance and cleaning.

It is a convenient hidden gem hotel.

Had a great visit with my siblings and niece. I like how you can walk in and be able to check inn and go to the bar/ restaurant and order. Bathroom are decent and on same floor as check inn and bar/restaurant. Food does take a while to come out but please be patient. I ordered the wings and Caesar salad. Wings are small but good. Salad was a regular Caesar but good. Go see Miss Beth she will take care of you she’s an awesome bartender and will be happy to serve you.

Great staff/bartender!!!

The hotel is always clean. The beds are fine. We like a 12:00 checkout. Madisen is an awesome employee that really has helped Me with technology! NOW we got to meet Elizabeth at the Bar/restaurant…. We enjoyed happy hour!she was a very hard worker! Can’t wait to go again .. hope she is still there!

Fun weekend in Mobile Al.

We stay here often….love a 12:00 checkout! The beds are comfy! It’s always a great trip when we see Madisen at the front desk! Now even a more delightful evening with Elizabeth at the bar! She was very knowledgeable and professional hope she stays! Heck I’d go the bar even if I were NOT sleeping there! This hotel has a great thing going on with these 2! See y’all soon !
