A fine hotel at a central location in Chicago! With fantastic homely facilities! Price wise also good.
This is one of the finest hotel I have ever been and within the range of affordable price! I will love to stay again here if I ever comeback to Chicago ! The room was clean and with very comfortable bed, pillows and other amenities. Toilet and shower were very clean and fitted with all needful .

Worst!
Worst stay ever. I went to the front desk to check in just to be taken over to the kiosk and told I need to check in there. When the kiosk didn't work I was taken right back to the front desk. The room was small, the toilet handle would get stuck EVERYTIME you used it and you had to make sure to push it back up or the toilet would run. I had a Kind bed which was two twin mattresses pushed together. But it was pushed together where the split was in the middle it was opposite pushed together where he split was right in your back. I slept horrible the first night then the second night I decided that I would sleep sideways on the bed to be on a full mattress.
At checkout the guy at the front desk didn't want to be bothered. I asked him for a receipt and he blew me off by telling me that it would be emailed to me by noon. Never recieved it so I called back to the hotel asking could I please get a receipt and they said they were sending it to my email. A day later and two requests later I still don't have a receipt.
Feels like this hotel is not really about the customers, they just want your money.

Great location, walking distance to the subway. Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyed my stay there.

Club Quarters....not recommended
1st room didn't sleep 3 as promised. No chair to convert to bed after front desk insisted it did. Moved rooms. AC was cool at best. TV was broken....had to change power cable. Check-in on kiosk was rushed and employee had to help the whole way through...would have been faster to check-in at desk.

Location good but hotel not to recommend
Stayed 5 nights, payed roundabout $300/night, when i went for breakfast i was told it wasnt included and i had to pay $45 for a very poor breakfast just to find out at check out on my last day that it was included.
I told the lady at the reception i was forced to pay for breakfast but she didnt seem much interested, brushed me off very indifferently and told me she would talk to the manager about this but obviously it never happened.
Neither did i get my money back. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Furthermore were other guests literally having parties and gatherings in the halls and rooms which created a lot of noise during the nights. Several complaints at the reception were ignored and not taken care off.
Location might be good but the service and amenities where rather less than average for a hotel in that price range. The breakfast issue to me seemed like a scam

In regards to any noise complaints, we do have quiet hours, and if noise complaints are reported, we do proceed with warnings leading up to the guest having to leave who is causing such disturbance.
