Pleasant stay in a clean, cozy hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the rooms are nice, and the amenities just fine. It's walking distance from the metro, and affordable for Dubai in terms of qualitaty-price ratio.

Landmark Premier Hotel is located in a great spot, and the hotel itself is amazing. The room was clean, and the overall facilities were impressive. However, there are some areas where the staff could improve.
My personal experience with the staff was not up to my expectations. At the reception, I was told that visitors were not allowed to enter the room I had paid for. This rule seemed quite strange to me, as I could not find anything about it on the hotel’s website. When I asked the receptionist if this was a law enforced by the UAE government, the response was unclear and did not provide a satisfactory answer. This left me confused, so I went to a nearby hotel to inquire if they had similar rules. They informed me that they did not have any such policy.

⸻ Disappointed with Front Desk Service – Poor Experience with the Manager
I recently stayed at this hotel with high expectations, given its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience during check-in was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk manager, Mr. Richard.
While I do understand that I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, I was hoping for a bit of flexibility and consideration. I politely explained my situation and kindly requested to be accommodated a little earlier so I could rest. However, Mr. Richard was unhelpful and dismissive from the beginning. Instead of showing understanding or offering alternatives, he repeatedly said “no” without even attempting to assist in any way.
I am fully aware of hotel policies and check-in procedures, but I also believe that part of a manager’s role is to assess situations with empathy and find solutions when possible. Sadly, Mr. Richard failed to do that. His tone was cold and unwelcoming, which is not what any guest should experience—especially in a hotel that prides itself on service.
I strongly suggest that management looks into this matter seriously and provides the necessary guidance or disciplinary action. A guest’s experience is deeply impacted by the way staff—especially those in leadership positions—handle such moments.
This incident left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I hope the hotel takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve, and that no future guest will have to go through the same treatment.

Fair Price, Staff are really helpful and thanks for amazing hospitality!!
The highlight of my stay was the wonderful service from Jay Dar at the front desk. She’s incredibly attentive, well-mannered, and always ready to help with a smile. She made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

The bedroom had a funny smell like urine, the shower head had brown dirty water coming out and the manager and some staff were very rude.. they always make a face when u ask for something and always rude and mutter under the breath.. I asked them not to enter my room yet they entered
