Well located

Very good location, varied breakfast buffet, small maintenance-free pool, small rooms with lack of lighting, bad Wifi, friendly staff. Overall for a short stay. Price is not justified for what offered is very expensive.

Bring your own towels on vacation -l

Doesn't allow guests to have clean towels daily and you are monitored if you take a towel to the pool even though no towels are provided at the pool. The staff is friendly but hesitant to provide you with a towel. If you need towels bring your own.

CONNED BY THIS HOTEL, AMAZING AND SAD.

VERY CAREFUL, WE WERE CONNED! VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE WITH THIS HOTEL
The hotel has suffered a cyber security problem via booking and we have been scammed. 2 days before check in, they send us a message from the hotel user of the booking platform (from where we made the reservation) welcoming us and asking us to fill out a form and pay for the stay to finish confirming the reservation, if it is not there it will be cancelled. Despite seeming somewhat suspicious, as they wrote to us from the same hotel user we decided to confirm the reservation and pay.
Then upon arrival at the hotel on the day of
Check in, we are told that they did not receive any payment, that they were hacked, but that they would not take care of anything, that if we wanted to stay we should pay the reservation right there, that we claim to booking or who we could, LEAVING US ON THE STREET AND WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION.
We had to go to the tourist police (which I completely agree with and ask us to make the complaint to the Attorney General’s Office of the nation) and just like everything else they did not take care of, WE ARE ON THE STREET.
Now awaiting the resolution, which Booking will apparently take over.
What a piece of hotel, VERY CAREFUL, SAD. I attach absolutely all the exhibits.
How little would it have cost them to give us the room (WHAT WE PAY) and look to solve their cybersecurity problem with booking no?

WARNING!! Super shady!!

Warning!!!! Super shady unprofessional establishment. Made a reservation through booking.com months in advance and had them claim there was an issue with payment and cancel our booking last minute, on Christmas. Wouldn’t answer phone calls or communicate what the “issue” was. This place is scamming people, canceling reservations last minute in hopes of securing last minute bookings for higher costs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Overselling accommodation

They cancel you reservation one week before you trip.. they claim because the credit card we send 5 different numbers and a friend to pay in person but anyway, they cancel the reservation, leaving us with no option they don’t answer call e mail or messages
