TOP STAY
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel.
Very nice entrance with beautiful white orchids. Breakfast was overwhelming. Too bad we could only enjoy this delicious very extensive breakfast once because of the early departure time on day 2.
Dinner in the Japanese restaurant was also very successful.
Maybe we should take a little Spanish class sometime to make communication easier.
Grand Hyatt is definitely recommended.

Grand Hyatt Bogota stay exceeded expectations
Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogota was exceptional. From the welcoming service, excellent food and beverage, spa and recreational offerings - our stay was beyond our expectations! The facilities are clean, the customer service from the check-in, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar servers, to spa technicians - all are wonderful and attentive. The location was excellent to walk to the nearby mall or shops, points of interest and security measures throughout the hotel made us safe and comfortable. I had the pleasure of trying nearly all food service offerings from the plentiful breakfast buffet at Capitaino to delightful coffees and sweets at Aldeana Market (try the profiteroles!) where you could also grab a quick sandwich or salad - each had something for even the most fastidious traveler. Diego, Esteban and Juan, our servers at the Capitalino Wedding Welcome luncheon were particularly mindful and professional. They made our dining experience even better with their service and smiles. The Zaitania spa provided a relaxing and blissful oasis with staff that completely understood our hope for rest and relaxation after the busy travel schedule. We were grateful to be able to enjoy a spectacular wedding weekend where our lodging had so much to offer. I also highly recommend the pisco sours and specialty drinks at the Illustre bar, a profiterole and to dine with a gorgeous view at the Japanese restaurant, Ushin.
Lastly, our room was extremely comfortable, immaculate, with ample space. They felt airy looking over the area's more business forward neighborhood with the stunning sky and Andes mountains in view. The bathroom showers had wonderful pressure and temp, and bath products were plentiful. The Acacia dl Amazonas were fragrant and soothing. Further of the products could be found in the retail store front Loto DL Svr which supplied everything from essential oils, lotions and soaps, to candles. After busy days celebrating it was a delight to return to such a lovely room and comfortable bed.
Lastly, our room was extremely comfortable, immaculate, with ample space. They felt airy looking over the area's more business forward neighborhood with the stunning sky and Andes mountains in view. The whole hotel is a 10!
Very spacious room and super comfortable bed. Very attentive and friendly staff.
Super complete breakfast and long hours.
The 14th floor Japanese restaurant is for visiting more than 1 time.
And the gym is one of the most complete I've ever seen in a hotel.

Wonderful hotel
Excellent, impeccable building, great attention, very careful. It is a pleasant and beautiful place to go to rest. Breakfast very varied, with options available for gluten free people. I'd be back again. I loved the experience at this hotel.

Excellent experience
At the reception the service was very warm, every corner of the hotel is designed to have a charming experience, the Turkish bath room is very relaxing like the other areas. At breakfast time there is a lot of variety in buffet and everything very delicious
