Great place. Big rooms, restaurant, guest laundry and a respectable gym for a hotel! Front desk was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good for a layover stay
We stayed at the Best Western Premier on a layover, so we were there for one night. The hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are clean and large. We ate at the on site restaurant, and although it was expensive, the food was good. The front desk staff were nice and efficient. The only downside was the shuttle service.
The shuttle service was not as advertised. We called when we arrived, were told to go to post 37 and he would be there. No one showed up. 20 minutes later we called again - was told the same thing. Waited again. Finally the shuttle showed up. For the hotel stating it was 3 minutes from the airport it should not have taken that long or alteast the driver should have said it will be more than 30 minutes so we were not standing outside waiting. We saw other shuttles (the same van) stop 2 or 3 times while we were waiting. No explanation when they showed up. This is the only reason I did not give the stay 4 stars.

Excellent value
This hotel is excellent value for money
5 star service,very modern facilities, very clean rooms
The restaurant is great value and very fast service .
The provided airport shuttle is on time and very clean. The hotel is only 3kms away from YYC so very convenient

Highly Recommend!
This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. As I am a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful, complete with a 2 sided fireplace. It’s close to the airport, with a shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes. The staff are superb! Highly recommend this hotel!

It was a nice stay at the hotel, people are nice, great location, and shuttle between airport and hotel.
