Excellent Service During Reservation

Although I haven’t stayed at the hotel yet, I want to highlight the outstanding service I received while booking. Ana Clara was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the process.
If the stay is anything like the reservation experience, I’m sure it will be excellent!

The rooms need to be updated. Excellent location right next to Ibirapuera Shopping Center and the beautiful city Moema.

Excellent professional and friendly service

I have stayed at this hotel for business and had 8 vip guests coming to see me.
The service and support I received was exceptional and profoundly professional from all team members to cater for those guests. This service started with William in guest servicescoordinating help for me not on one but numerous occasions then Thalita at the reception to Reinaldo, Luiz and Jefferson as the waiters and Luigo the Maitre, Fabiana FB coordinator to Kevini the waiter.
The breakfast is excellent quality and staff are friendly.
Their exceptional service made me rebook
