Exceptional Service & Impeccable Hospitality!
The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. I want to give special recognition to:
• Front Desk: Robison, Renato, Natalia, and Tati
• Restaurant: Marcelo and Ana Lucia
They all remembered my name and preferences and were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference in my stay.
The room was spotless, with impeccable attention to detail in housekeeping, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my experience.
It’s clear that this hotel values genuine hospitality and excellent service. I highly recommend Canopy São Paulo and look forward to returning soon!

I feel like home alway from home when I’m here. Every staff makes the effort to look after you so well that you honestly feel at home.

Very good fidelized a client
We made walking tours in the places we most liked and Uber gets it all close.
We had a tip from “Leo Avelar where I walk”
And we went check and indeed is a nice place, great cost benefit, excellent level.
Close to everything and with staff that makes the difference from the reception to the waiters and executive chef.
Congratulations to the hotel manager for excellent training and management.
