I stayed for two nights in a single room with a queen's bed. I was impressed by the excellent location of the bed, which is easy to use for JR and car use, and above all, the quality of the bed, which promises the peaceful sleep required by the hotel, is a Simmons bed.

It was the first hotel I had used, but I wanted to revisit it after a long time at a hotel that paid attention to detail. "Simple enough but thoughtful enough to give guests a good night's sleep, the Bad Mat is a Simmons commercial bed that's neither too hard nor too soft, and satisfies the discerning elementary school student with its bed quality. I couldn't help but ask the front lady where the bed was commercialized the next morning, and she convinced me when I heard, "Simmons."""

We love Candeo but this was our first time staying at one in Osaka. It did not disappoint. The staff were kind and the facilities were as beautiful as always. I love the roof top spa and breakfast was good too.

Operate with optimal service

The room was small and there was no closet.
The flashlight next to the bed didn't work because the batteries were dead!
The fridge wasn't cold even when it was turned on from the outside, so that was weird??
After checking carefully, I found that the power switch inside the fridge was turned off.
Two levels!!
The sauna can only fit two people and there are no mats provided, so I sat on a towel.

Booked a room for its rooftop spa and breakfast buffet.
Men's spa - noticed a few guests not taking a shower and taking a bath. The next day, I noticed another guest picking the bottom of his foot and coughing and sneezing inside the bath. Decided to not use the bath afterward. Another guest also walked out without using the bath.
Breakfast buffet - offers a few more items than other business hotels such as Toyoko Inn, but the taste was mediocre at best.
Front staff - They seem to be more courteous to Japanese guests than foreign guests. A male staff working at night looked at me and walked by, but noticed him giving a very polite greeting to a Japanese guest a few minutes later. A female staff who took care of us sounded courteous, but I could see the frown in her eyebrows whenever I made requests for amenities. (Towels and Febreeze)
I would probably book a cheaper franchise hotel next time such as Toyoko Inn or Dormy Inn.
