Location, location, location
The worst thing about this accommodation: the location! High above Lake Zell you need a mobile base, a mountain goat or very tight calves for every, even small, errand of daily life.
If you can/want to live with this location, don't do anything wrong here.
However, there are a few minor limitations that prevent a 5* rating here:
* a toilet without a sink is ... unusual; the feeling of having to switch to the opposite bathroom after the "business" is something you have to cope with
* for a week stay (incl. sauna) for 2 people the supply of towels (2 pieces per nose for shower, sauna, hands, see above) was too small for us. A replacement (e.g. after 3 days) or a larger supply would be as sensible as hygienic
* due to the location (and the mid-season) we made our way as self-catering; for someone who likes (and a lot) to cook, the kitchen is insufficient; the stove, although 2-burner, can effectively only be stocked with one of the available pots, oven: Misrepresentation (ok, that would admittedly be luxury), microwave also (but we didn't miss either). Crockery / cutlery actually too little, but why do you have the dishwasher?
* big plus in the culinary area: Infrared barbecue brand "Napoleon" on the balcony!
* in conclusion, since the accommodation definitely can't help, nevertheless an annoying factor: Snake, or as they say here: Gelsen (as of late October)

Modern, clean, beautiful apartment.
It was so lovely to wake up every morning in the misty mountain, overlooking the lake. Sitting on our balcony with a cup of coffee!

Beautiful experience
-points: no freezer compartment, sunshade, oven or microwave, reception impersonal because you are there alone (key box). In hot weather you can not on the terrace.
